IL CIGOLINO

Cigolino is the most important wine of the farm.

This wine is made of selected grapes, chosed in the wineyards "Cigolino".

After alcolic and lactic fermentations, the refining start in barriques (little barrel of french wood).

Our cellarmen works Cigolino with love and passion, controlling every mounth the wine's improvement.

After two years Cigolino is put in botlles, and then stay for three months in our cellar of refining.

 

TECNIC INFORMATIONS

Grapes: 85% Sangiovese,14% Cabernet, 1% Colorino

Alcohol content: 13%

Colour: ruby red

Characteristics: vinous with smell of fruits, vanilla and toasting.

Drink with: ideal with hunting, roast meat, grilled meat, cheeses. Fantastic like meditation wine.

Reccomended temperature: 18 °C
